When you accept any service provided by Capital Dietetics you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Capital Dietetics requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
A $50 fee will apply for any appointment rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, and a $90 fee will apply for any appointment non-attendance.
Cancellations or rescheduling may be made via our online booking system, email at email@example.com, contacting our Queanbeyan location on (02) 6299 6990 or contacting our Kingston location on (02) 5110 3144.
Capital Dietetics requires payment in full (less any deposit already paid) at the end of your consultation (including telehealth).
Capital Dietetics may require payment of a non-refundable deposit for services at its discretion. The requirement for a deposit and the deposit amount will be identifed at the time of booking. Deposits are strictly non-refundable. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the timeframes stipulated in these terms and conditions and no fee applies, Capital Dietetics will accept the non-refundable deposit as credit towards one new/rescheduled appointment booked and attended within 30 calendar days of the original appointment date. Appointments booked for after this period will require a new deposit to be paid. If a non-attendance and/or cancellation fee applies, Capital Dietetics will reduce this fee by the amount of any non-refundable deposit made for the appointment which gave rise to the fee.
Capital Dietetics accepts EFTPOS payments only. We accept Australian-issued and most international chip cards or magstripe cards with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express logo, as well as bank-issued EFTPOS chip cards.
The following card types are accepted: Credit, Corporate, Debit, Prepaid, Rewards.
Capital Dietetics offers telehealth consultations to all clients over video conferencing or telephony services.
If you do not attend your telehealth consultation, or otherwise are unable to participate in the consultation for any reason (including but not limited to technical issues), this will be treated as a cancellation and the Capital Dietetics cancellation policy will apply.
Capital Dietetics may store and use your personal information for direct marketing and other business related activities. We may also share your personal information with third parties for business and marketing related purposes. You may opt out of direct marketing at any time by contacting Capital Dietetics at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Capital Dietetics may at times offer, via the use of exclusive promotional cards, two for one body scans. These offers are limited to one per person in any rolling twelve (12) month period regardless of the number of promotional cards in their posession. The offer expires on the date printed on the promotional card. Any attempted use of a promotional card after the expiry date will be rejected. The promotional card must be presented to staff at Capital Dietetics upon completion of the first body scan for this offer to be redeemed. The second body scan must be taken within twelve (12) months from the date of the first scan. This offer is based on the full retail price of a body scan listed on our fees page. No further discounts or other offers can be used in conjuntion with this promotional offer.
